CFV Copilot is an internal Cofounder Ventures productivity tool. It reads the visible text and URL of the active webpage only after an employee selects an action. It uses that information to prepare the requested work.
The extension may process the employee's Cofounder Ventures account identity, the selected webpage URL, and visible webpage content. This information is transmitted to Cofounder Ventures-controlled Google Workspace and Google Cloud services and to Google AI services solely to perform the employee-requested action. Actions are made with the initiating employee's own Google permissions.
Full webpage content is processed synchronously and is not retained by default. Operational metadata such as actor, source hostname, request identifier, outcome, and timestamps may be retained for up to 30 days for security, reliability, and audit purposes.
CFV Copilot does not sell user data, use it for advertising, perform continuous browsing surveillance, or permit human access to content except when specifically authorized by the user for support, required for security, or required by law. The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Questions and security reports: contact the Cofounder Ventures Workspace administrator through the company's normal internal support channel.
